Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounting Clerk to join our team in Naples, Florida. The role involves a variety of functions within the industry, focusing on tasks such as account reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, billing, data entry, and invoice processing.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications

• Maintain up-to-date customer credit records

• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action based on account status

• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable operations effectively

• Conduct account reconciliation tasks to ensure financial accuracy

• Process invoices accurately, ensuring all details are correct

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry and other relevant tasks

• Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all tasks

• Collaborate with other team members to achieve overall financial objectives. Requirements

• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)

• Skilled in handling Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Familiarity with Billing procedures

• Ability to perform Data Entry tasks accurately and efficiently

• Experience in Invoice Processing

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

• Ability to handle confidential information

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Relevant work experience in a similar role is desirable.
