Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain motorized shades in residential and commercial settings.
• Perform electrical installations and connections related to motorized window treatments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with motorized shades and related systems.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Ensure all installations comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Provide training and support to clients on the use of installed systems.
• Maintain accurate records of installations and service calls.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an installer in the motorized shade or window treatment industry.
• Strong knowledge of motorized shade systems and electrical installations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant certifications in motorized shade technologies or electrical systems are a plus.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
