Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative tasks. Duties - Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary - Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements - Oversee clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence - Handle payroll processing and maintain employee records - Assist in training development for new hires - Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Support human resources functions as needed Qualifications - Proven experience in an administrative or office management role - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Knowledge of payroll procedures and basic accounting principles - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for maintaining office efficiency, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity as our Office Manager.
