ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company Bilingual Team Lead in Nashville, Tennessee

What is the position?

The Bilingual Team Lead acts as the first line supervisor for a fully remote team of Bilingual analysts supporting case analysis and reconciliation of data from the health insurance exchange. The Bilingual Team Lead position plays a significant role on a team supporting all aspects of people management as well as the design, development, and implementation of case analysis and reconciliation of data from the health insurance exchange. As a Bilingual Team Lead, you will have the opportunity to utilize your data analysis experience as well as your leadership abilities and skills. You will also be a contributor to project coordination, workflow investigations, business procedures and process improvement.

What will I get to do?

As a Bilingual Team Lead you will be responsible for leading and developing team members to support the project’s overall mission. This includes but is not limited to monitoring and managing employee performance, boosting employee engagement and motivation, handling interpersonal conflicts, managing your team’s attendance, time off requests and timecard review and approval. You will get to showcase your

leadership skills as you coach, mentor, and develop staff, including overseeing new employee onboarding and providing career development planning and opportunities. You will be expected to lead employees to meet the organization's expectations for productivity, quality, continuous improvement, and goal accomplishment. You will also be expected to maintain transparent communication with your team. Appropriately communicate organization information and performance metrics through team meetings, one-on-one meetings, and appropriate email, IM (Instant Messaging), and regular interpersonal communication.

You will be expected to perform your duties in a dedicated secure area within your residence. You will be able to select an eight-hour shift that falls between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday, with the potential to work overtime.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent OR 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.

  • Fluent in English and Spanish language; both written and verbal.

  • 2 additional years of relevant experience.

  • 1 year experience with federal data or projects (including, but not limited to agencies such as CMS, IRS, DOD, VA, SSA or another federal agency).

  • Must be a US Citizen or Authorized to work in the US (if not a citizen) and a resident of the US for at least 3 years within the last 5 years.

Compensation Ranges

Compensation ranges for ASM Research positions vary depending on multiple factors; including but not limited to, location, skill set, level of education, certifications, client requirements, contract-specific affordability, government clearance and investigation level, and years of experience. The compensation displayed for this role is a general guideline based on these factors and is unique to each role. Monetary compensation is one component of ASM's overall compensation and benefits package for employees.
