Job Description

A healthcare client in Nashville, TN is looking to hire 5 fully remote functional business analysts to help with an enterprise wide initiatives surrounding the standardization of contact centers. This individual will be expected to have 2-3 meetings a day with stakeholders followed up with proper documentation in Word or OneNote. Reporting will be within PowerBI and proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. This role will be 3 months and fully remote.

5 years experience as a functional BA

Strong documentation experience

Heavy stakeholder and client interaction

Call Center/Contact Center experience

Microsoft Office Experience

PowerBI for reporting null
