The Data Transformation & Business Intelligence team within Strategy and Business Services, is tasked with delivering data transformation tools, management processes, and the development of business intelligence and automation solutions across Global Services.

Job Summary: The Business Intelligence Analyst be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that drive business performance and support strategic decision-making. You will collaborate with various groups to understand their data needs and deliver impactful reports and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze sophisticated data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that advise business strategies.

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide real-time data insights to customers.

• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to capture requirements and understand their business intelligence needs.

• Implement effective data visualization techniques to present findings in a clear and concise manner.

• Apply various data analysis tools and technologies to improve data collection and reporting processes.

• Supervise and analyze performance metrics to assess organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

• Find opportunities for process improvements based on data-driven insights.

• Stay ahead of industry trends and standard methodologies in business intelligence and analytics.

• Assist in the development of data governance and data quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Shown experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or in a similar analytical role.

• Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and databases (e.g., SQL).

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.

• Familiarity with statistical analysis and tools is a plus.

• Good communication skills with the ability to convey sophisticated information clearly.

• Ability to work multi-functionally in a fast-paced environment and lead multiple projects.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.

• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.

• Understanding of machine learning techniques and their application in business contexts is a bonus.
