JOB REQUIREMENTS: Capital Portfolio Leader - 875489 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Capital Portfolio Leader Job Description The Capital Portfolio Leader is responsible for bringing an Enterprise level view of the total capital portfolio in the SBP time horizon, across all segments in the Family Care & Professional space. Taking advantage of this viewpoint to identify and drive synergies across the portfolio to deliver optimized capital efficiency and ensure our investments align to corporate goals. In this role, you will: * Create and execute a five-year capital portfolio roadmap, covering capital class 1 through 6, with proactive approaches to manage spend and driving efficiencies, working in close partnership with the segment capital leaders in the Family Care & Professional network globally. * Work closely with the Enterprise Capital Facilities Team to support standardization in managing sustaining operational requirements to further drive capital efficiencies in capital class 5. * Lead the capital SBP allocation and governance with segment and function leadership for core area of accountability (Family Care & Professional) in partnership with the Enterprise Treasury team. * Ensure that capital allocation & priority adheres to Value Stream, Innovation and Facility Sustaining Strategies while continually evaluating the most efficient way to meet business results (and local priorities) through use of Capital spending. * Work with peers within the Enterprise Capital Governance Team to ensure the portfolio of programs have been pressure tested and drive maximum benefit. * Support and drive governance to bring an Enterprise lens to cross-segment SBP plans, identify synergies and bring the big picture, to unlock optimized capital efficiency Vs traditional approach. * Build and sustain cross-functional and global relationships to accomplish objectives including partnerships with Segment/ABU/Functional teams. * Bring capital analytics to ensure ROI and performance are in line with objectives. * Through strong collaborations with the segments, identify benchmark capital management methods and processes, developing and driving adoption of a new enterprise standard.
