Job Title: Quality Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to oversee Quality Management functions at our site. You will manage a team of 10 direct reports and handle deviations and nonconformances from a technical perspective, ensuring appropriate actions are taken.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Quality Management functions.

• Manage and lead a team of 10 direct reports.

• Understand and address deviations and nonconformances at a technical level.

• Implement and maintain ISO 9001 standards within the organization.

• Ensure compliance with quality management processes and procedures.

Essential Skills

• Experience in the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical Industry.

• 3+ years of Quality Management experience.

• 3+ years of experience managing direct reports.

• Proficiency in handling deviations and nonconformances.

• Knowledge and experience with ISO 9001 standards.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

• Experience with lean and continuous improvement processes.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
