Job Title: Quality Manager
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to oversee Quality Management functions at our site. You will manage a team of 10 direct reports and handle deviations and nonconformances from a technical perspective, ensuring appropriate actions are taken.
Responsibilities
Oversee Quality Management functions.
Manage and lead a team of 10 direct reports.
Understand and address deviations and nonconformances at a technical level.
Implement and maintain ISO 9001 standards within the organization.
Ensure compliance with quality management processes and procedures.
Essential Skills
Experience in the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical Industry.
3+ years of Quality Management experience.
3+ years of experience managing direct reports.
Proficiency in handling deviations and nonconformances.
Knowledge and experience with ISO 9001 standards.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Experience with lean and continuous improvement processes.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
