SKAW PRE-CAST CO INC Administrative Assistant in NEW AUBURN, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, including answering phones, processing customer orders, scheduling deliveries, handling billing and banking, assisting with tax preparation, and processing payroll. The job requires excellent communication skills, a strong ability to multitask, and proficiency in office management software. Key Responsibilities: Answer and manage incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner. Take and process customer orders over the phone accurately and efficiently. Schedule and coordinate deliveries to ensure timely service. Handle billing processes, including generating invoices and tracking payments. Perform banking tasks, such as deposits and account reconciliation. Assist in tax preparation and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Process payroll, including calculating employee hours and managing related records. Maintain organized records and documentation for financial transactions. Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and office supply management. Assist in other duties as assigned to support business operations. The business is seasonal and the hours in the office will vary throughout the year. Working remotely during some of the winter/slower months are negotiable. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Previous office experience is required.
