What You'll Be Doing

• Oversee and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance.

• Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.

• Manage and train maintenance staff, fostering a culture of safety and efficiency.

• Collaborate with operations to identify and resolve maintenance issues.

• Monitor and control maintenance budgets and expenditures.

Work Environment

• Primarily based in a quarry setting with exposure to various weather conditions.

• Requires the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Involves physical activities such as climbing, lifting, and working in confined spaces.

Physical Demands of the Job

• Regularly required to stand, walk, and use hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls.

• Frequently required to reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

• Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
