We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Specialist in New Brighton, MN. This role requires an individual who is proficient in data management and has a strong attention to detail. The Data Entry Specialist will work in a team setting, ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of data, adhering to company policies and procedures, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct manual data entry of required fields using third-party software and keyboard skills.

• Perform quality audits on all files to ensure accuracy and make necessary corrections as required.

• Follow Record Center guidelines to maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operation.

• Adhere to company policies and procedures while performing tasks.

• Report any immediate issues, including safety or employee relations issues, to the appropriate manager.

• Participate in safety and security drills and report any violations.

• Work collaboratively in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision.

• Understand the importance of detail, accuracy, and the value of customers in all tasks.

• Handle physical requirements of the job including routine lifting of 20-35 lbs, bending, stretching, and sitting for long periods.

Requirements • Proficiency in English Language is required.

• Demonstrated skills in Customer Service and Communication.

• Proven experience in Data Entry, Quality Audits, and QA Management.

• Familiarity with Company Policy and Procedures.

• Ability to use PC OS and Third-Party Software.

• Strong Keyboard Skills for data entry.

• Knowledge of Labeling, Production, and Security protocols.

• Experience in Supervising and Auditing tasks.

• Strong understanding of 'About Time' principles for effective time management.

• Good track record in Attendance at previous roles.

• Ability to perform physical tasks such as Lifting.

• Awareness of Violations and ability to avoid them in day-to-day tasks.
