Posting Summary
Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Research Project Coordinator II for the The Center for Population Behavioral Health within the Rutgers Institute for Health, Health Care Policy and Aging Research (IFH).Among the key duties of the position are the following:
  • Contributes to aging projects among older Chinese immigrants, involving both primary data collection and secondary data analyses.
  • Secondary data analyses to investigate environmental and psychosocial factors related to health among older adults.
  • Assists with manuscript writing and lead data management for projects involving primary data collection.

Qualifications

Minimum Education and Experience
  • A Bachelor's degree in social science disciplines is required.
  • A minimum of two years of experience working with quantitative data management analyses is required.
Certifications/Licenses
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • The successful candidate should have training and research experience in aging research and have experience in human subject data management.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Able to read in Chinese is preferred.
Equipment Utilized
  • Must be proficient in R, Mplus, or SAS.
