NOTE: Regular weekend work is required on rotational basis for this role.

Tues - Sat (9:00am-6:00pm EST)
Sun - Thurs (9:00am-6:00pm EST)
Mon - Fri (9:00am-6:00pm EST)
Responsibilities
Support business and work with System administrators, developers, and analysts with troubleshooting issues.
Perform change management and incident management utilizing documented procedures through Service Nowor similar change management tools
Support service recovery procedures
Participate in Problem Management processes to identify solutions for recurring problems.
Document problem resolutions and publish knowledgebase.
Function as a Subject Matter Expert working with vendor support, System Administrators/Architects on a regular basis to track issues to closure
Support maintenance and migrations on the Authentication Infrastructure
Identify opportunities to automate and standardize information security controls and for the supported groups
Reduce risk by analyzing the root cause of issues, their impact, and required corrective actions
Qualifications
5+ years' experience in cybersecurity providing production support around Multifactor Authentication (MFA) and related components
Proficiency in Linux-based environments (RHEL) including terminal commands, Unix shell scripting, critical production server support, application upgrades and project lifecycle/ SDLC processes
Experience with MFA systems using Voice, Mobile Soft Tokens and SMS
Experience supporting REST and SOAP API web services calls with Middleware Products like IBM/Apache HTTP Server and Application Servers IBM WASND/Tomcat Servers
Experience with Mobile Biometrics is a big plus
Good knowledge on Mobile development Platforms (IOS, Android) is a plus
Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes based on the ITIL framework
Education
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

$125,760.00 - $188,640.00
