About the Role

In this role, you will partner with our brands & corporate functions across the globe, to continuously drive value across non-Merchandise categories. You will establish, analyze, and refine the business’s procurement strategy ensuring alignment with business goals. Make certain we do the right thing as an organization by optimizing our purchasing power, building, and maintaining strategic vendor relationships, and contract management.

What You'll Do

  • Support the Category Management team in the development and execution of Category strategies

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings

  • Analyze spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities and develop action plans to achieve savings targets

  • Assist in the creation of Category plans and sourcing strategies

  • Monitor key metrics and performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of Category strategies and identify areas for improvement

Who You Are

  • 1 – 3 years of experience in Procurement or related, with focus on category execution

  • Excellent analytical capability and problem solving mindset with an aptitude for working through ambiguous situations

  • Strong data analytics, market research and financial modelling

  • Excellent Excel skills. Experience in Procurement and Sourcing tools would be an advantage.

  • Team players who can provide support in an agile environment

  • Bachelor degree education
