What You’ll Do

We have an immediate opening for an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations and drive project success. This role is at the heart of our projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, efficiently, and with the highest quality. We want to hear from you if you excel at managing field operations and are committed to team leadership, problem-solving, and craftsmanship.

• Run the Jobsite: Oversee daily field operations, keep projects on schedule, maintain safety standards, and exceed quality expectations.

• Drive Efficiency – Develop and manage project schedules, logistics plans, and milestone tracking to ensure seamless execution.

• Lead the Team – Coordinate subcontractors, resolve issues, and maintain open communication with owners, architects, engineers, and the project team.

• Own the Process – Guide projects from preconstruction through completion, ensuring compliance with building permits, inspections, and safety protocols.

• Deliver Results – Uphold Dimeo’s reputation for exceptional craftsmanship, safety, and client service.

Requirements

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a construction Superintendent with a general contractor or construction manager.

• Background managing large-scale projects in healthcare, education (K-12 & higher ed), life science, or commercial sectors.

• Ability to lead projects ranging from $50M–$100M or multiple smaller projects simultaneously.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Experience with MEP coordination, safety programs, and quality management preferred.
