Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team at New Haven Tan part-time. As a Customer Service Representative and Sales Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive and welcoming environment for our clients. Your duties will include:

• Greeting and checking in clients upon arrival
• Answering inquiries and providing information about our services and packages
• Upselling tanning packages and lotion products to clients
• Maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of the facility
• Processing transactions and handling cash and credit card payments

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred, but not required
