Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team at New Haven Tan part-time. As a Customer Service Representative and Sales Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive and welcoming environment for our clients. Your duties will include:
- Greeting and checking in clients upon arrival
- Answering inquiries and providing information about our services and packages
- Upselling tanning packages and lotion products to clients
- Maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of the facility
- Processing transactions and handling cash and credit card payments
Qualifications:
