Stark Tech Group Administrative Assistant in New Jersey

Stark Tech is actively looking for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant in Brick Township, NJ! This position is responsible for supporting the Service Team with answering customer calls, triaging remote support requests, issuing PO's, and more.

How will you be successful in this role?

Ultimately, a successful Administrative Assistant will collaborate with our Service Team to ensure satisfied clients by engaging them with our products and services. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You will assist them with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure their overall satisfaction with our products and services. This position requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Your success will come from the following responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email in a professional and timely manner.

  • Work with colleagues to resolve customer issues in a calm and effective manner.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been addressed.

  • Document customer interactions in our CRM system.

  • Communicate with field technicians for scheduling and work reports.

  • Prepare tracking lists supporting proposals, service agreements and contract renewals.

  • Work closely with Service Department account managers to ensure successful contract execution.

    What we would like to see:

  • Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 2:00pm.

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or higher is a plus).

  • Previous customer service experience preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

  • A positive and professional demeanor.
