Robert Half has an immediate opening in New Orleans, LA. This is a full time fully onsite role, no remote or hybrid offered at this time. As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for provisioning, installing, configuring, and providing maintenance of systems hardware, software, and related infrastructure primarily within a 365 Microsoft Cloud environment. The administrator in this role will be directly responsible for the management of Windows Servers, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange Online, VMware, SAN storage, Microsoft OneDrive, Microsoft Office 365.

Responsibilities:

• Setting up mail flow rules in Exchange Online to automatically encrypt emails based on specific criteria like recipient domain, keywords, or sensitive information types.

• Managing encryption policies within Azure RMS to define access controls for encrypted emails, including expiration dates and revocation options.

• Defining user permissions for encrypting emails and managing encryption keys.

• Leveraging Intune policies to enforce device encryption standards on company-managed devices, ensuring sensitive emails are protected even on personal devices.

• Implementing conditional access policies in Intune to control access to sensitive emails based on device compliance and user location.

• Monitoring Azure services related to email encryption and managing Azure subscriptions to support the encryption infrastructure.

• Troubleshooting any issues related to email encryption within the Azure environment.
