• Pay Range:$29 - $37 per hour, based on mechanical and electrical skills and experience.

Responsibilities

This position is based at thePCA Box Plant in New Oxford, PAand involves a variety of maintenance tasks, including:

• Diagnosing, repairing, rebuilding, and replacing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on plant equipment.

• Performing preventive maintenance activities and responding to breakdown calls in a fast-paced production environment.

• Collaborating with a team to ensure equipment reliability and operational efficiency.

• Developing multi-craft skills through company-provided training.

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years of experiencetroubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.

• Atechnical degreein mechanical or electrical trades is a plus.

• Authorization to work in the U.S.

• Experience in thecorrugated packaging or printing industryis a plus.
