Job Title: Water Operator IMMEDITALY HIRING!

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Water Operator with a minimum of 6 months of experience within the oil and gas industry. This team works across three yards, primarily stationed in Morgantown. Shifts rotating between night shifts and shifts. Employees will be staffed on fracs and stationed at pump stations. A majority of the work will involve monitoring tanks and setting up/taking down equipment.

Hard Skills

• Load, unload, and identify materials, machinery, and tools, and distribute them to the appropriate locations, according to project plans and specifications

• Store and stack material

• Tend to pumps and generators

• Clean and prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards

• Operate hand and power tools

• Knowledge of construction machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance

Soft Skills

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including sitting, standing, walking, lifting materials (up to 100 lbs), carrying, pushing, pulling, and repetitive wrist and hand movements

• Mental alertness for the entire shift

• Strong coordination and attention to detail

• Adaptability to work long hours and night shifts

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Morgantown, West Virginia.

Work Environment

Working outdoors 24/7. Must be open to working 12-14 hour shifts and will be required to work night shifts. Attire includes steel-toe boots, jeans, and a work shirt. Shifts run from 6 PM to 6 AM.
