Job Title: Administrative CoordinatorGrade: 20Salary: $71,613- $76,000The Research Foundation for Mental Hygiene, Inc. is seeking a qualified candidate to fill an Administrative Coordinator position who will perform administrative functions as well as manage the daily operation of the ACGME and T32 Fellowship. The incumbent will work closely with Division Chief and the Fellowship Director on a range of activities for the efficient running of the division and Fellowship Program. We are looking for a person who is bright, has a clear and tactful management style, strong leadership skills and thinks strategically. A qualified candidate must demonstrate excellent analytical, organizational, negotiating, and interpersonal skills. Along with having ability to prioritize tasks, be a proactive problem solver and manage a large and diverse portfolio of projects and issues. The ideal candidate must be able to work under the pressure of deadlines on multiple projects and tasks at the same time. The selected candidate will demonstrate excellent writing and communication skills, possess verbal and written skills to convey mission and purpose to internal and external stakeholders. As well as demonstrating proficiency with MS Office, ERAS Application System, and Med Hub.Duties and Responsibilities:This individual will be responsible for providing daily administrative support to the Division Director. This support will include scheduling appointments, meetings, division events and maintain the Director's schedule and calendar, handle travel arrangements as requested, submit reimbursement and purchasing requests. In addition, this individual will keep updated the Director's curriculum vitae, support page, publication list and other biographical materials and licenses. The Administrative Coordinator will oversee the daily operation of the Division's T32 Fellowship and ACGME Fellowship Program up to and including on-boarding, credentialing, continuing applications, schedules, evaluations, progress reports, attendance at all program meetings and the maintenance of all records related to the accreditation of the program. This individual will also complete reports and special projects as assigned, coordinate work and activities with the Division's other administrators, investigators and research staff and receive and screen visitors, emails, and telephone calls as necessary, obtaining.and relaying any confidential and/or sensitive information in a timely and professional manner. Other duties as requested.Minimum Qualifications:•Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or administration.Preferred Qualifications:•At least five (5) years of related work experience as an Administrator or Executive Assistant in an academic medical center setting strongly preferred. •Master’s degree in administration, master’s degree in public administration or master’s degree in public health preferred, but not required.•3 years’ Experience with the ACGME Residency Programs and NIH funded Training Fellowship. •Work Location: 1051 Riverside Drive, New York, NY 10032To Apply: Submit an application through our website at https://rfmh.applicantpro.com/jobs/.
