About the Role:
Reporting to the Manager, People Strategy & Operations, the Business Analyst is responsible for supporting a diverse variety of key strategic People projects, performing data analysis, training & development around systems and processes, and assisting with company wide change management initiatives.
You will help the People team with strategic and transformation initiatives by serving as an enablement partner who sets high standards, establishes processes, and applies best practices. You will deliver quality, effective, and timely project updates, meet project deadlines and maintain project documentation.
You Will:
- Work in our midtown Manhattan office at least 3 days a week
- Assist on a diverse variety of key strategic People (human resources) projects along with supporting BAU (business as usual) systems issues, troubleshooting and solutions
- Perform thorough user acceptance testing for change delivery in every sprint cycle for all BAU and optimization changes. Maintain a repository of documentation on test scripts, screenshots and scenarios
- Perform regular data audits and validations to identify and correct data discrepancies and ensure the accuracy and integrity of People data
- Support information gathering sessions, requirement documentation, and prioritization of projects for the larger system optimization roadmap
- Create, maintain and document requirements for new changes and updates to the HRIS system
- Build, maintain and disburse internal process documentation, user guides and quick reference guides for changes delivered in People systems, data audits and for end-to-end workflows and processes
- Work across aspects of HR systems such as assistance in trainings sessions, data clean up, audits and roadmap and build process guides and playbooks for data governance
- Identify opportunity areas where HR process management and reengineering can significantly impact efficiency, quality, profitability, and employee experience
- Develop relationships with cross-functional teams across the organization working with them to enhance and optimize our systems and ways of working and deliver key projects and changes
- Provide support to the People Analytics & Insights team as needed
You Have:
- The willingness to work in our midtown Manhattan office at least 3 days a week
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR, or Finance OR equivalent related experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and/or Google Workspace, including Google Sites and Forms
- Project management skills
- At least 1 year of experience in a systems/process Human Resource role (preferred)
- Experience with Workday or another HRIS system (preferred)
- An intrinsic curiosity to learn and a desire to innovate

- An interest in process improvement and organizational efficiency
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
