JOB DUTIES:• Transform Amazon sales and inventory API data and ERP data to create a dynamic PowerBI dashboard and maintain global visibility of inventory supply levels. • Create a dynamic Excel dashboard by integrating Microsoft SQL and online retailer cloud data and conduct statistical analysis to determine product profit margins.• Design an automated Excel tool for calculating financial invoices, processing refunds, and managing claims for major e-commerce accounts.• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate shipping to Amazon and Walmart fulfillment centers; Improve inventory flow efficiency and accuracy.• Provide training to company associates in China on using developed PowerBI and Excel dashboards and facilitate monitoring of goods flow, contributing to improved business revenue.• Examine discrepancies between company product details and e-commerce listings and file cases to correct fulfillment and commission charges, ensuring accurate information.• Enhance the user interface and backend performance of the Shopify portal using Next.js, HTML5, and CSS and ensure optimal performance and user experience on the company's web platform.• Oversee the company's IT infrastructure and implemented cyber-security policies and strengthen overall business information technology protocols and security measures.EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:Master’s Degree in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field.
