This role focuses on enhancing community engagement and promoting health equity initiatives through effective messaging and strategic outreach.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement communication strategies to promote health equity initiativesCreate engaging content for various channels, including newsletters, press releases, and social mediaCoordinate outreach activities to engage community stakeholders and organizationsAssist in managing relationships with partners and collaboratorsMonitor and evaluate outreach efforts to assess impact and effectivenessSupport the planning and execution of events and campaigns related to health equityQualificationsBachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Health, or a related fieldProven experience in communications and outreach rolesStrong understanding of health equity principlesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively with diverse groups and stakeholdersExperience with social media management and content creation is a plusProject management skills and experience in brand management are desirableIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
