Citigroup Data Integration Sr Lead Analyst - Senior Vice President - NEW YORK in New York, New York
The Data Integration Sr Lead Analyst is responsible for overseeing daily activities to develop and drive internal and external communication efforts for Finance Data efforts through collaboration across functions, regions, and lines of business. This role includes developing communications both internally for consumption by senior management and with external stakeholders including Regulators. The role partners with a range of stakeholders, including senior management, and engages in cross functional collaboration to clearly articulate priorities and achieve outcomes. An ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines, along with strong interpersonal skills and presentation development expertise are required.
Responsibilities:
Development of presentations to articulate operating models, strategies, and key updates for senior management and external audiences (e.g., Regulators)
Management of the communications strategy (e.g., developing and managing production schedules)
Identification of stakeholders and key organizations to build and manage relationships with to create and deliver clear, concise messaging on Finance Data Book of Work
Gather, synthesize and distil detailed information to deliver crisp and succinct executive-level communications
Simultaneously manage multiple projects including delivery and management level communications
Develop content for governance forums working with program owners and delivery leads across the enterprise
Lead the facilitation, coordination, and arbitration of cross-functional complex problems within / across programs and with Senior Management
Liaise between the Data organizations and other key partners in the Functions and Lines of Business to progress the Finance Data agenda
Develop business requirements, process mapping of current and future state processes, communication applications of new processes and facilitating the change management program to move to the new process
Develop and oversee engagement and development related communications efforts within Finance Data (e.g., townhalls, training sessions, offsites)
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience, Consulting, Banking or Finance industry preferred. Prior strategy consulting experience with a focus on change management and program delivery preferred
Strong business analysis competency with historic success in shaping opportunities via conceptual thinking and abstract problem-solving capabilities
Communicates effectively, develops and delivers multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences; able to drive consensus, and influence relationships at all levels
Strong presentation and written communication development and design skills with the ability to develop curated messaging and content to various audiences
Collaborates effectively by building partnerships and working well with others to meet shared objectives
Strong negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills across a variety of stakeholders at different levels
Optimizes work processes by balancing effective / efficient processes with a focus on continuous improvement. Demonstrates ability to balance between seeing the “big picture” while paying close attention to detail
Organizational savvy; understands systems, management processes, knows where to go for information and how to interpret them.
Working knowledge of Citi’s Finance organization and/or Data Operating Model preferred
