Location/TimeZone (On-site/hybrid) :

• Hybrid in NY – up to 2 days per week, typicallyTuesday/Wednesday (Wednesdays are required)

Hours :

• 9:30AM – 5:30PM - Need someone who is flexible, ebs & flows

Specific industry experience required :

• Not required, but would like someone who has an interest in entertainment industry

3-5 responsibilities of this resource :

• Submitting expenses – looking for someone who is timely & fast with software to upload expenses

• Processing invoices for department – primary responsibility.

• Collecting clips for returns from press releases

• Managing calendar, including travel & meetings

• Booking & organizing travel, comfortable with last minute changes

• Manager travels once every six weeks to LA

• Travel changes are common, need someone who is confident and precise to handle changes

TOP Critical Skills or Must Haves skills a candidate should have :

• Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities under deadlines and pressure

• Must be precise, detail oriented

• Have technical knowledge: Office Suite, screen grabs, creating jpegs/pdfs, etc.

• Complete tasks quickly & timely – fast paced

• Concur experience is required

• Must be willing and able to work OT occasional weekends when needed due to project delivery/releases

• Must have experience booking travel

• Looking for someone who can summarize and deliver key information

Clips:-

• Go to each website and screengrab, remove all the links & ads, etc. then turn into jpeg that everyone can see on their phone without having to the actual site. Ability to work quickly. “returns” from a press release.
