Citigroup Digital PM Senior Lead Analyst in New York, New York
Citibank, N.A. seeks a Digital PM Senior Lead Analyst for its New York, NY location.
Duties: Follow trends in the field of financial services across data, digital, and innovation and provide comprehensive data management, support data pipelines, and provide insights to aid in better informed business decisions. Interpret datasets and analyze results using statistical techniques to influence product development roadmap. Prototype and develop custom dashboard solutions to provide analytical insights and interactive reports. Perform data trend analysis on various datasets across Securities Services including Custody, Funds, Middle Office, and Performance Analytics. Define and document current and future state process flows to improve and optimize future opportunities. Acquire, clean, and structure data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases and data systems with appropriate controls. Assess and remediate data quality issues utilizing a process-driven approach and measurement dashboards. Perform user engagement and stakeholder management. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering Management, Economics, or a related field, and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related finance occupation performing data management activities in the financial industry. Five (5) years of experience must include: Utilizing data modeling tools including Dataiku, programming languages including SQL and Python, and visualization tools including Tableau for assessment of business data and running analytics; Utilizing the Software Development Life Cycle, Agile Methodology, and Microsoft Visio to oversee data integration for applications and platforms; Working with databases and platforms including Hadoop as well as Cloud technologies including Snowflake and Amazon Web Services (AWS) to perform data management duties across incoming data pipelines; and Working with large datasets and complex data models and using advanced statistical analyses techniques to derive insights in user engagement and stakeholder management. Employer will accept a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering Management, Economics, or a related field, and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a related finance occupation performing data management activities in the financial industry. 40 hrs./wk.
