Job Title: Energy and Sustainability Manager Job Requisition: SE1045 Job Location: New York, New YorkJob Type: Full TimeRate of Pay: $100,001.78 - $123,400 per YearDuties: Oversee the development and execution of the energy management programs and the delivery of client's KPIs including energy savings and carbon footprint reduction; develop and execute energy management or sustainability strategies; implement energy and sustainability programs to reach objectives; support corporate reporting objectives and providing management information relating to the use of utilities and the impact on the internal and external environment; manage the energy, waste, and water data collection process within JLL's technology platform and producing monthly and quarterly reports which are tailored to meet the clients' specific requirements; drive operational improvements through the identification and implementation of opportunities to improve energy and sustainability performance across extensive real estate portfolios; collaborate with other JLL energy managers to share best practices, developing case studies, and developing new business opportunities; engage with JLL facility managers to become the key point of contact for the provision of wide-ranging advice in relation to all aspects of environmental sustainability; and develop and enhance systems and processes for delivering best practice sustainability performance and the use of utility/sustainability management systems for monitoring and/or reporting purposes. May telecommute.Requirements: Master’s degree in Energy, Energy Systems Engineering, or related field and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or in an energy-related occupation.
