Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Financial Analyst in New York, New York, 10007, United States. This role involves handling financial data, performing audits, and identifying discrepancies. As a Financial Analyst, you will be tasked with reviewing invoices, maintaining organization, and managing large sets of data.

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze contractor invoices to identify any discrepancies

• Handle large datasets and perform audits to ensure accuracy and compliance

• Utilize advanced Excel formulas for data analysis and presentation

• Leverage Accounting Software Systems and CRM for efficient data management

• Perform capital management and budget processes as part of financial operations

• Employ Data Mining Techniques to extract valuable information for decision making

• Ensure proper Accrual Accounting practices are followed in financial processes

• Utilize ADP - Financial Services for optimized financial operations

• Create and maintain reports using Crystal Reports for data visualization

• Perform various accounting functions as needed to support the financial operations of the business. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role.

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems.

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is preferred.

• Proficiency in CRM tools.

• Experience with Crystal Reports is beneficial.

• Knowledge of Data Mining Techniques.

• Ability to perform all Accounting Functions.

• Understanding of Accrual Accounting principles.

• Experience in Auditing.

• Familiarity with Budget Processes.

• Knowledge of Capital Management strategies.
