Job Duties:Lead a team of IT professionals to develop test plans, testing estimates, schedules, timelines, bug analytics/metrics, and mitigation plans. Participate in all aspects of QA product lifecycle: scoping, strategizing, test case creation and execution including feature, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing. Review technical requirements, test plans, and test case documentation. Identify and fix defects, research root causes, debug issues, and propose solutions. Hold technical collaboration meetings and provide periodical reviews on implementation status as well as weekly reports on task plan to management and stakeholders. Provide feedback and recommendations to developers on software usability and functionality. Must be able to travel temporarily to client sites and/or relocate throughout the U.S.Minimum Job Requirements:Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Application, Computer Engineering, Computer Information System, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering, or related field plus two years of experience in job offered, QA Analyst, Test Engineer, Software Engineer, Project Lead, or related work. In the alternative, we will accept Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent plus five years of progressive experience in job offered, QA Analyst, Test Engineer, Software Engineer, Project Lead, or related work.Standard Benefit applies
