The Technology Business Enablement (TBE) organization sits under the Enterprise Platform & Technology Business Enablement. The Technology Business Enablement strives for predictability, transparency, and efficiency through best-in-class enablers including Technology Portfolio Management, Technology Workforce Strategy & Talent Excellence, and Value Co-Creation.
With 200 colleagues and contractors, TBE’s success is founded in the efficiency of organizational processes and operations. To help maintain and grow this standard, we’re seeking a highly-organized, hard-working and enthusiastic Manager Assistant to run daily processes, project management and colleague engagement activities globally in TBE. The Manager Assistant will support the VP, Tech Business Enablement and oversees operations and portfolio management for the organization. Furthermore, the position will help develop insights and influence the strategic direction of projects.
Reporting to the Vice President, TBE, this position is in part responsible for ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of the leadership team’s operating rhythm, and delivery of goals pertaining to the Technology Portfolio Management, Technology Workforce & Talent Excellence (TWTE) and Value Co-Creation (VCC). Key Responsibilities include:
Partner across the team to define, document and communicate strategic priorities and help shape the TBE vision, strategy and roadmap
Document annual and quarterly goals for the team, assist with tracking performance against goals and communication with the team on performance on a regular basis
Craft presentations for key business updates with senior leaders and internal stakeholders
Develop presentations, content and agendas for key internal and external meetings (e.g. Town Halls, workshops, employee engagement events)
Support the VP with management and administration of quarterly/annual processes (goal setting, scorecard management, year-end performance reviews, talent assessments, investment planning, and business planning)
Own and manage team budgets, ensuring accuracy of reporting, correct utilization of funds, and escalating and resolving any issues in coordination with business partners
Collaborate with enterprise partners as well as with other centers of excellence on key initiatives and business priorities
Understand the pulse of the TBE team, assess the health of colleague engagement and development within the team, propose recommendations to address key themes/top priorities and manage initiatives to optimize (including team events, rewards and recognition and more)
Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the organization’s internal capacity.

Demonstrated knowledge of project and process management.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with focus on precision and command of corporate protocol.
Pro-active collaboration with ability to build trust through transparency of information and delivering on commitment.
Never settle for being “good enough” and able to work well under pressure in a changing environment.
Prior experience in Technology, Product or Portfolio related team is preferred
Qualifications
Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually bonus benefits
