Citibank, N.A. seeks a Product Management Senior Lead Analyst for its New York, New York location.Duties: Plan, direct, or coordinate marketing policies for the Profit and Loss (P&L) of Flexible Exchange (FLEX) Products. Perform A/B testing and analysis on product performance and develop pricing strategies with the goal of maximizing profits. Advise senior leadership on performance. Oversee offer strategy (pricing and duration) for FLEX Products, including driving test and learn agenda. Use SAS and SQL coding to perform data analysis. Report on key metrics and execution of change in strategy. Define and develop performance analytics to quantify engagement and profitability of FLEX Products and lead communication of insights to senior leadership. Conduct pricing data analytics to build financial forecasts and advise on business strategy. Lead FLEX Products financial planning process and support new growth initiatives for financial planning. Lead expansion of eligibility for products through strategy change and risk expansion. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.Requirements: Requires a Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field and 3 years of experience as a Director, Acquisition Pricing or related position involving financial product pricing and marketing. Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in the stated fields and 5 years of the specified progressive post-baccalaureate experience. 3 years of experience must include: SQL and SAS coding; A/B Testing; Profit and Loss (P&L); Credit Card products; Pricing data analytics; Statistical analysis; and Risk Analytics.
