Pay range: $25 - $31/hr on W2

Job Description:

The client is looking for highly organized and motivated Administrative Production Planner to oversee and help across operational, tactical and organizational facets of the Studio.

This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of production workflows + equipment, have a passion for fostering a creative and efficient studio environment. The Production Assistant will report to the Director of LeStudios and be onsite in the studios for any production needs throughout the day.

Must also be willing and able to help dip into the corporate side of be CDMO Team and help drive production and studio strategy needs including; admin organization, deck creation and support

Responsibilities:

  • Studio Bookings & Scheduling: Manage all studio bookings, ensuring efficient scheduling and resource allocation to avoid conflicts and maximize studio utilization. Proactively communicate booking confirmations, changes, and relevant details to clients and internal teams.

  • Equipment Management & Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all studio equipment, ensuring it is in optimal working condition for client use. Coordinate repairs and upgrades as needed and maintain accurate inventory records. Train clients on proper equipment usage and studio protocols.

  • Studio Operations & Logistics: Manage day-to-day studio operations, including booking cleaning services, managing supplies inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized studio environment. Implement and enforce studio policies and procedures. Operational hours are set 8am - 6pm [7:30am-7pm depending on closing procedures]

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Film, Television, Production, Communications, or similar).

  • Proven experience in studio or a related field within the media production industry. A strong understanding of production workflows, equipment [MUST], and terminology is essential.

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.

  • Proficient in industry-standard studio equipment and software. Specific software requirements may vary based on the studio's technology stack. Please check our website for details.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected challenges in a fast-paced environment.
