Job Title: Production Assistant | Studio Operations

Adecco is seeking a Production Assistant to support studio operations, manage equipment, and streamline production workflows. This role requires strong organizational skills, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to maintaining an efficient studio environment. The Production Assistant will report to the Director and be onsite for all production needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Studio Scheduling: Manage bookings, coordinate resources, and communicate updates.

  • Equipment Management: Maintain, repair, and track inventory while training clients on proper use.

  • Studio Operations: Oversee daily logistics, maintain supplies, and enforce policies.

  • Administrative Support: Assist with studio strategy, deck creation, and project coordination.

  • Agency Coordination: Communicate with agencies to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Brief & Equipment Entry: Enter production briefs and manage equipment shipments.

  • Research & Deck Building: Conduct agency research and create presentation materials.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Film, Television, Production, or a related field preferred.

  • Experience in studio or media production environments.

  • Strong knowledge of production workflows and studio equipment (must-have).

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in industry-standard studio equipment and software.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive approach.

  • Hybrid transition expected in November.

Pay Details: $31.00 per hour
