Identify project needs by reviewing objectives and timelines, ensuring necessary resources, staff, and finances are allocated. Track and maintain essential project documentation, including Request for Proposal (RFP) responses and approvals from governmental agencies. Prepare and submit budget estimates, monthly progress reports, and cost-tracking reports to management. Review construction designs to ensure compliance with client specifications. Negotiate with stakeholders, suppliers, and subcontractors to secure necessary resources, services, or materials. Salary: $74,506/annually.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or related field and 1 year of experience as Project Management Specialist, Project Coordinator, Construction Cost Estimator & Project Manager, or related position.
