Job Description
Standardization of brand team business operations; working with the internal team to ensure agency integrity and efficiency while providing high level of service and clarity to our clients regarding scope and budget management.
Job Responsibilities
Review estimates
Review Statements of Work
High level cost assumptions
High level review of spend data
Internal forecast review/submission
Reconciliation of forecast to staff plan
Client accruals
Client PO management
Client budget reporting
Ongoing review of overall budgets
Weekly/bi-weekly budget reconciliation meeting management
Qualifications
1-3 years’ experience in either PM or finance previously
Bachelor’s Degree required
Responsible for managing multiple small accounts (roughly 1mm or less)
Assists on larger accounts simultaneously
Additional Information
Compensation Range: $46,500 - $68,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. The Company anticipates the application deadline for this job posting will be 9/30/2024.
