What You'll Contribute
The Senior Manager, Engineering will be responsible for setting the engineering strategy and ensuring the successful execution of projects to drive business growth and achieve organizational goals.
What You'll Do
Develop and implement the engineering strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Oversee the successful execution of engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product management and operations, to ensure seamless project delivery.
Identify and mitigate risks, manage project dependencies, and communicate project status to stakeholders.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to engineering and promote their adoption within the organization.
Collaborate closely with executives, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand their requirements, provide technical insights, and align engineering efforts with business objectives.
Promote a strong focus on quality, security, scalability, and performance across all engineering activities.

What you have
Minimum education, skills and experience required.
Strong leadership and managerial skills, with experience in leading and managing engineering teams.
Solid technical expertise in software development methodologies, architectural design, and best practices.
Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities, with a data-driven mindset and the ability to make sound decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Demonstrated passion for continuous learning, technical innovation, and staying up-to-date with industry advancements.
Intermediate knowledge of programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS or similar languages.
Experience with web development frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, or Vue.js) and databases (e.g., SQL, MySQL, or PostgreSQL).
Solid understanding of software development methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) and experience with cloud services.
Preferred education, skills, and experience.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience. Advanced technical degree is a plus.
5 years of experience in software engineering or a related technical field, with a track record of delivering successful projects and products.
Experience with Salesforce applications such as Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, etc.
Knowledge of Apex, Apex Classes, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components, Rest APIs, and Lightning Flows
Experience with Azure DevOps and Visual Studio Code
