Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an ERP/CRM Developer in the Higher Education industry at our location in Newark, New Jersey. As an ERP/CRM Developer, you will be tasked with the development, design, and management of CRM and ERP systems, among other responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage CRM systems to ensure effective customer relationship management

• Design and implement ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems for efficient resource utilization

• Perform AB Testing to ensure optimal system performance

• Develop and maintain databases for efficient data management

• Utilize Microsoft tools for system development and management

• Work on EO/IR systems for effective information retrieval

• Prepare Business Requirement Documents to detail system requirements

• Carry out Configuration Management tasks to control system changes

• Create Dashboards for effective data visualization and management

• Use Microsoft SQL for database management and development. Requirements • Proficiency in CRM, specifically in the development and maintenance of CRM systems.

• Demonstrated experience with database management, design, and optimization.

• Knowledge and experience with EO/IR systems.

• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly in development platforms.

• Experience with AB Testing, including the development and implementation of testing strategies.

• Ability to document business requirements effectively.

• Experience with configuration management, including the design and implementation of configuration management plans.

• Ability to create intuitive dashboards for data visualization and reporting.

• Strong design skills, particularly in the context of ERP/CRM development.
