| Posting Summary | Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Research Associate I for NJMS- Pharmacology, Physiology & Neuroscience. Under the guidance of the Principal Investigator (PI), conducts research on the function of connexin channels and calcium-activated potassium channels in endothelial cells or heterologous expression systems. This involves independently carrying out experiments and contributing to projects focused on the purification and reconstitution of connexin hemichannels, as well as the electrophysiological characterization of connexin channels and their mutations associated with vascular dysfunctionAmong the key duties of this position are the following:
