ABOUT THIS ROLE
In this role you will consult on the analysis, design, and development of training solutions that will address the needs of the Audible Customer Care function. You will design highly effective training experiences and performance support with measurable outcomes.

As a Senior Instructional Designer, you will...
Perform varied analyses to determine performance gaps and job tasks that require instructional intervention
Brainstorm with subject matter experts, program managers, and functional leaders to determine training requirements and align on expected post-training outcomes
Work independently or with peers to design and develop end-to-end training or performance support solutions across multiple platforms
Utilize innovative instructional design methods to create effective and engaging learning experiences
Review training outlines and drafts with key stakeholders and determine how best to implement feedback
Meticulously evaluate post-training outcomes process which includes analyzing performance dashboards, partnering with our Quality Management and Operations tams
Foster strong relationships with functional leaders at Audible, within the Amazon network, and off-shore partners
Optimize workflows and learning experiences using AI

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Organizational Development or a related field
5+ years of experience in instructional design and training development
4+ years of content development experience with Articulate 360 and MS Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated experience leading projects and managing stakeholders
Experience using data to gather insights that inform training decisions
Exceptional facilitation skills– both in-person and virtually
Experience working in an organization focused on customer experience, preferably customer service
Demonstrated ability to probe stakeholders to vet training requirements
Strong project management skills: good follow-through on goals, plans, and projects
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization, including the ability to present to small and large audiences
Strong track record of building and delivering learning experiences for enterprise clients
Experience with Learning Management Systems
Demonstrated ability to guide the development of others
