PARK NATIONAL BANK Bus Systems Ops Manager in Newark, Ohio

Description Flexible Work Arrangement: 3 days (M, T, W) on-site in Newark, Ohio, Orlando or Weston, FL; 2 days remote. This role is not eligible for sponsorship RESPONSIBILITIES #Ll-Hybrid Supervisory Responsibilities: Interview and select candidates for openings, set goals for associates, assign tasks/duties, conduct on-the-job training, develop associates' skills and encourage growth, prepare disciplinary write-ups as appropriate, prepare and conduct performance reviews and make recommendations for salary adjustments, approve timecards for FTEs and other duties associated with managing a staff. Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of business systems to ensure they meet organizational goals. Collaborate with stakeholders to assess system needs and drive improvements. Manage vendor relationships and software upgrades to ensure systems remain up-to-date and efficient. Lead operational process optimization to streamline workflows and improve efficiency. Develop KPIs to measure the performance of business systems and operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, finance, retail, etc) to ensure smooth operations across departments. Ensure IT infrastructure is aligned with business requirements and supports overall organizational growth. Manage IT budget, monitor security protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards. Oversee IT support and system maintenance to minimize downtime and enhance user experience. Detailed understanding of RPA product capabilities and where the industry is going. This could include at looking for solutions that better meet the organization's needs. Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks. Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards. Other duties as assigned. EDUCATION - CERTIFICATIONS - WORK EXPERIENCE High School diploma or equivalent required Bachelors in Computer Science or Business Administration preferred 4+ yrs experience in IT with knowledge or background in general application service delivery Detailed understanding of RPA product capabilities and industry knowledge TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS AND OTHER INFORMATION Minimal travel is expected. Position can require evening and weekend work to oversee upgrades and/or fixes. This position must be able to remain in a stationary position a minimum of 75% of the time, constantly operate a computer, and be able to be in constant communication with customers and coworkers to discuss and observe account information in order to exchange accurate information. Work from office locations in Newark, OH, Orlando or Weston, FL for candidates local to the area with the option for fully remote based on incumbent's home location.
