Requirements for Payroll Manager

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or university
• Experience managing payroll systems such as Workday
• Payroll experience (5+ Year)
• Lead and manage payroll staff
• Create and maintain various payroll related communications to employees
• Manage day-to-day payroll activities
• Prepares monthly governmental reporting
• Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with constituents such as senior management and the HR department
• Strategize and execute best practice payroll procedures for the organization

• Create and improve standard procedures for payroll department
