Job Title: Press Operator $28+HR (Direct Hire) Must be open to all shifts

Job Description: Could be placed in several different departments!

Press Operator:

• Operate press machines (mostly stamping presses)

• Perform set ups of the machine

• Stamping metal aerospace parts to customer specification

• Perform quality checks of finished stamped parts

• Troubleshoot any issues or problems with the machine

• Operate overhead cranes to move raw metal

Work Environment

This department inspects finished forged metals for the aerospace industry. It will be hot in the summer and cold in the winter. It is a heavy industrial manufacturing environment with metals weighing anywhere from 20 - 350 lbs. There will be no physical lifting requirements as all metals are moved via crane or automated robot. Inspectors will have assigned work stations but will be moving around to perform different quality testing.
