What To Expect:

During your placement, you will get a first-hand experience of what a career in Supply Chain with P&G involves, and if it is right for you.

We expect our interns to lead the next generation of supply chain excellence, specifically focusing on automation, advanced analytics, and insights. You could be working as a project leader for new product or promotional display launch, be a forecasting expert for some of the world’s best known brands, or be the key supply chain contact to some of the UK's biggest retailers.

An industrial placement in Supply with P&G is designed to give you an intensive immersion in the exciting and challenging environment we work in. You will be entrusted with real, individual technical and business projects to lead, own, and execute over the course of your placement with us. To do this, you will be integrated into a diverse team from your first day and be responsible for delivering results to improve our business. We have placement openings available in Weybridge (our UK Head Office, an easy commute from London with regular trains from Waterloo and Clapham Junction and a free shuttle service from the station to the office), Harrogate, Newcastle (Cobalt Park) and Skelmersdale.

Please note that this programme is designed as a 12-month industrial placement for students graduating in 2027 with a placement year as part of their degree. However, we have a limited number of 3/6 month placements available for students graduating in 2025, 2026 or those who have already graduated starting 1st July 2025.

• Full-time Role: Successful interns have the potential to secure a full-time position with P&G after graduation. As a 'build from within' company, our people start at entry level and progress through the organization. When we make a job offer, it’s with the expectation that you will grow into one of our future leaders, and to help you get there, you will work closely with skilled P&G veterans for mentoring and coaching at every step.

Job Qualifications

What We Look For:

• University students graduating in 2027 with a placement year as part of their degree who will participate in our 12-month industrial placement.

• We also welcome applications from students graduating in 2025 or 2026, or those who have already graduated who we can accommodate 3/6-month placements in exceptional circumstances.

• Evidence of passion and achievements in academic and/or non-academic activities. Tell us what you’re proud of – be it playing a musical instrument or holding down a job alongside your studies. We want to get to know you during your application and encourage you to include examples that demonstrate our Peak Performance Behaviours including what actions you took and the results you achieved in your CV.

• Strong foundational problem-solving and leadership skills.

• Strong verbal and written English language skills.

Right to work: For our placement roles, you will need to provide your own right to work in the UK for the full duration of your placement without requiring sponsorship from P&G. Note, this will require your right to work permission to be valid between 1st July 2025 to 30th June 2026 or for the duration of a 3 or 6 month placement from 1st July 2025 for a minimum of 37.5 hours per week.

P&G is legally required to ensure all candidates have the right to work in the UK from Day 1 of their employment. All applicants will therefore be asked to provide evidence of their right to work at the conclusion of the recruitment process as a condition of employment.

Start date: The placement’s duration is from 1st July 2025 until 30th June 2026. For 3 or 6-month placements, the start date will remain 1st July 2025.
