Currently seeking a Primary Care Physician, (BC/BE) in Family Medicine for a contract role in Lincoln County, OR. Will provide preventative medical care for children andadults.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide primary care including episodic, preventive, andacute health care to patients 0-100.

• Conducts histories and physical examinations andprescribes medications and/or medical treatments based on best practice standards.

• Develops treatment plans in collaboration with patients;educates and advises on medical issues as needed.

• Evaluates the effectiveness of medical care and monitorsprogress of patients.

• Maintains medical records.

REQUIREMENTS:

• BE/BC Family Medicine provider(MD/DO)

• 2 years minimum experience

• Valid OR License

• Current DEA Certificate

HOURS:

• Full Time M-F (8AM- 5:00PM)

• No call or weekends required

• Start Date: ASAP

• Credentialing Estimate: 1 month
