Description:

The Mid-Atlantic Physician Group is looking for an Onboarding Coordinator to join our team!

The Onboarding Coordinator will oversee the Physician Group practice acquisition start up process. Including credentialing and on boarding of new practices as well as adding providers to existing practices.

The Onboarding Coordinator will be a key administrative facilitator for all new providers to the THMA Medical Group. This position is hybrid , and primary responsibilities will include administrative support of provider contracts, credentialing, and onboarding.

  • Coordinates provider contracting and onboarding process.

  • Serves as a liaison to legal and compliance departments to assure all documents are correctly executed and necessary documentation is on file.

  • Collaborates with medical staff office and payer credentialing to ensure on-time onboarding

  • Interfaces with physicians and physician advisors as necessary to complete due diligence and credentialing.

Requirements :

  • Associate's Degree, required

  • 3+ years of related experience with onboarding physicians and APPs

  • Experience with credentialing

  • Experience working with Medical Staff Offices
