Facilities Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Technician to ensure that equipment, machinery, installations, and the facility are in optimal condition. The role involves preventive and acute maintenance, adjustments, validation, and replacements. The ideal candidate will support operators, process technicians, and leadership in troubleshooting and maintaining equipment and systems.
Responsibilities
Ensure that equipment, machinery, installations, and the facility are in the requested condition.
Perform preventive maintenance, acute maintenance, adjustments, and participate in validation and replacements.
Follow the maintenance schedule for adjustment, cleaning, and preventive maintenance of all equipment, machinery, installations, and the facility.
Support operators, process technicians, and leadership when problems occur with the equipment, machinery, installations, and facility.
Maintain HVAC systems, pumps, process thermolators, chillers, and boilers.
Install HVAC systems including duct, piping, and electrical equipment.
Decommission obsolete equipment.
Support HVAC vendors for troubleshooting systems or installations of new systems.
Oversee machinery during manufacturing and support machinery if components or products get stuck, including aligning or adjusting the machinery.

Tech I: A degree or certification in a related field and/or 2 years of experience in maintenance in a manufacturing facility
Tech II: A degree in a related field and/or 5 years of experience in maintenance in a manufacturing facility
Tech III: A degree in a related field and/or 7 years of experience in maintenance in a manufacturing facility
Lead, Maintenance: Experience in a maintenance leadership position and/or 7 years of experience in maintenance in a manufacturing facility

Work Environment
You will work on the 1st shift from 6:45am - 3:00pm. The role requires daily interaction with teams in person, on the phone, and via email. We value teamwork and are committed to maintaining a quality work environment.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Noblesville, Indiana.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
