Primary Responsibility:

• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role

• Experience working with distributed systems and/or complex architectures

• Experience with Java, Python, Azure/AWS, Spring boot, microservices, Elastic Search, Linux, Docker, Kubernetes

• Experience with cloud technologies(terraform, Azure Blob, Azure functions, AKS) and scalable architecture

• Experience managing teams of software engineers, ideally in a fast-paced or agile environment

• Solid knowledge of software development methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban

• Proven solid problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead troubleshooting efforts and guide team members through complex challenges

• Proven excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with performance tuning, large-scale data processing

• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD, containerization with Docker, orchestration with Kubernetes)

• Familiarity with data security, compliance, and privacy regulations

• Skills - Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Azure, Python, Terraform, Jenkins, Ansible
