We are looking for a full stack developer eager to work with cutting-edge technologies and innovative architectures in a dynamic, boundary-pushing organization. This role involves complete, end-to-end project ownership. The ideal candidate will have experience building products across the stack, with a solid understanding of web frameworks, APIs, databases, and multiple back-end languages. As part of a small, agile team, the full stack developer will leverage new technologies to address challenges in both front-end and back-end architecture, delivering exceptional experiences to users worldwide.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain highly scalable, distributed solutions across the full stack to enhance user experiences and drive business growth

  • Create new features and infrastructure to support rapidly evolving business and project needs

  • Lead new projects from initial concept through to deployment

  • Ensure optimal application performance, uptime, and scalability, while maintaining high standards for code quality and design

  • Follow agile development methodologies, adhering to best practices and continuously seeking learning opportunities

  • Engage in all phases of agile software development, from design and implementation to deployment

  • Architect and guide the development of end-to-end systems optimized for speed and scalability

  • Utilize technologies such as React, JavaScript, .NET, ASP.NET MVC, WCF, REST, WebAPI, HTML5, AJAX, JSON, and JQuery

  • Collaborate with talented designers and front-end engineers and work alongside leading back-end engineers to develop reliable APIs

  • Provide technical guidance to the team on solutions and complex scenarios

  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

  • 4+ years of experience in developing large-scale software applications

  • Experience in unit and integration testing

  • Knowledgeable in technologies such as React, .NET, ASP.NET MVC, WCF, REST, WebAPI, HTML5, AJAX, JSON, JQuery, and RPA

  • Proficient in building web applications and designing databases, with solid SQL expertise

  • Proven skilled in designing and integrating RESTful APIs

  • Proven excellent debugging and optimization abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in computer science, information technology, or engineering

  • Professional certification

  • Proven enthusiasm for learning new tools, languages, workflows, and philosophies

  • DevOps capability
