Primary Responsibilities:
Review of all production changes to approve
Skill to support application, and fix issues quickly. Solid skills to drive and resolve issues in war-rooms (P1/P2 critical issues)
Support external audit requests
Be able to understand the feature requirements from the product and be able to come up with Technical Solutions keeping in mind the Scalability, Extensibility, Security, Cost etc. Come up with a plan break down the feature in workable stories. Work closely with Product & Development team
Be of Quality with low defect rate
Work collaboratively with the team and should be able to help others on technical issues or functional questions they might have
Be able to own a feature and run through with the team and deliver on agreed upon timelines
Coaching and mentoring of other team members and helping them in Business/technical challenges
Works with less structured, more complex issues
Own the applications’ technology stack and drive modern solutions to complex problems
Develops innovative approaches
Serves as a resource to others
Reviews the work of team.

Required Qualifications:
Educational Qualifications: B.E/MCA/B.Tech / MTECH /MS Graduation (Minimum 16 years of formal education, Correspondence courses are not relevant)
3+ years of experience working in Java, React and Spring
Good experience EDI transactions, ANSIX12 and HIPPA
Good experience on using Jenkins, Github, CI/CD pipeline
Good knowledge on Agile practices
Solid knowledge on HIPPA standards and EDI formats(834,837 and 820)
Solid debugging skills
Proven solid problem solving, analytical kills
Proven solid in analyzing & providing complete Technical solutions for the given problems
Proven good communication and presentation skills
Proven good attitude and self-motivated
Proven good problem solving skills
Proven to be curious and quick learner for Tech needed for the project. Should be able to Explore and Suggest new Ideas/Tech for the project
Proven ability to identify system changes and verify that technical system specifications meet the business requirements
Adaptable to work in Evening SHIFT (11:30 am - 8.30 pm or 2:30 PM - 12AM)
Preferred Qualifications:
Any knowledge on health care industry
Knowledge on Python, Scala, Spark Containerization and Dockerization, Kubernetes, Jenkins, CI/CD Pipelines, SonarQube, Artifactory, GIT, Unit Testing and Mocking
